‘Silo’ will reveal more secrets as its third season premieres in July

Apple TV’s hit science fiction dystopian drama “Silo” is gearing up to return to the small screen this summer, with a storyline revealing how its society was forced underground.

The third season will continue the saga of 10,000 people living in a silo, and for the first time tell it over two timelines. In the present, Juliette Nichols (star and executive producer Rebecca Fergusson) has survived her forced “cleaning” as the silo reels from the rebellion.

As that story continues from the events in the previous two seasons, the other looks into the origins of the silo. Some time in the past, a journalist and congressman uncover a conspiracy that sets off a chain of catastrophic, irreversible consequences.
