Former Apple CEO Tim Cook reportedly regards Australia’s efforts to reduce the negative effects of social media as being “world-leading.”

Australia has been implementing policies such as age verification in an attempt to limit children and teenagers’ use of social media. Now Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has been visiting Apple Park, and according to Reuters, says that Tim Cook backed the moves.
“Tim Cook gave us a lot of time this morning,” Albanese said. “He regards the work that we’ve done on social media to be world-leading.”
