Following its deal with the Huxe AI podcast company, Apple has now acquired Zurich-based Samplab under a similar arrangement. As detailed in the European Union’s public list of acquisitions, Apple is to acquire certain assets, and offer employment to certain Samplab employees.
Samplab was founded in Hauptsitz, Zurich, Switzerland, in 2020 by Manuel Fritsche and Gian-Marco Hutter. It’s believed to have no more than 10 employees and based on LinkedIn profiles, may even only employ the two founders.
