AI can now reach Addigy’s device-management layer, with approval required

AI-assisted scripting, reporting, compliance controls, and MCP support are coming to Addigy’s Apple device-management platform, with administrators still required to approve management actions before they run.

Addigy Intelligence Suite launches September 17 with AI Script Assist, natural-language reporting, controls for unapproved AI applications, and support for Model Context Protocol. Administrators must approve proposed management actions before they run.

The approval requirement keeps the system from acting autonomously. Administrators remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated scripts or proposed actions before changes reach managed devices.

AI Script Assist can generate scripts, review existing code, and recommend management actions. Administrators can describe a task in plain language instead of writing every command manually.
