Apple just made the iPhone 17 lineup $100 more expensive

Alongside the $1,999 iPhone Duo price, Apple has also increased the price of every older model it still sells including the aging iPhone 16 by $100 as ongoing component shortages continue to bite.

Apple’s big iPhone event saw the company unveil the iPhone 18 Pro, iPhone 18 Pro Max, and iPhone Duo. But no mention was made as to the fate of the existing models in the iPhone lineup.

However, following the return of Apple’s online store, we now know that all existing models haven’t escaped the price hikes. Apple previously increased prices on its iPad and Mac lineups in June 2026.
