The trailer reveals little about how Ted leaves Kansas or what brings him back to AFC Richmond. Instead, Apple focuses on the returning cast, familiar locations, and the optimistic tone that helped turn Ted Lasso into one of Apple TV‘s defining shows.

Sudeikis returns alongside Hannah Waddingham as Rebecca Welton, Juno Temple as Keeley Jones, Brett Goldstein as Roy Kent, Brendan Hunt as Coach Beard, and Jeremy Swift as Leslie Higgins.

New cast members include Tanya Reynolds, Jude Mack, Faye Marsay, Rex Hayes, Aisling Sharkey, Abbie Hern, and Grant Feely. Feely takes over the role of Ted’s son, Henry.
