Apple shared its latest proposed commission rates in an attempt to satisfy an ongoing lawsuit with Epic Games, but they were instantly dismissed by the company. In that filing, Apple suggested that a settlement conference should take place.
Epic filed its response on Monday, and very briefly implied that Apple wasn’t being serious in its filings. However, if the court ordered a settlement conference, Epic would participate.
