For the fall 2026 event, Apple mixed things up. Instead of introducing a new base phone, a new iPhone Air, and two new Pros, Apple debuted the two Pros and the iPhone Duo.
Although the iPhone Duo has yet to launch, its announcement may affect purchase plans among prospective iPhone 18 Pro buyers. A new iPhone Air, meanwhile, isn’t expected until early 2027.
