The Apple Watch Connector vibe-coded project has developed a tool to handle the full Apple Watch setup process without an iPhone. The developers say that it “reconstructs Apple’s normal pairing and activation flow so the watch can connect, finish setup, and stay linked to a non-Apple device.” It’s still extremely early, and there are some very specific hardware requirements, but it’s interesting just the same.
