You Can ‘Get Ready’ for iPhone Duo Pre-Orders on October 12

People who plan to purchase an iPhone Duo can go through the “Get Ready” process starting on Monday, October 12. The new detail was added to the iPhone Duo product page yesterday, according to Reddit.

Get Ready lets users select a preferred color and capacity, confirm their carrier status, choose accessories, choose an AppleCare+ plan, select a trade-in, add a payment method, and set a shipping and billing address.

When pre-orders go live, Get Ready is helpful because it allows for one-tap ordering. It will be especially beneficial for the ‌iPhone Duo‌ because supplies are expected to be limited.

Pre-orders could sell out within minutes given reports of production issues leading to supply constraints, and users who have Get Ready will be able to submit orders faster.

‌iPhone Duo‌ pre-orders will begin on Friday, October 16 at 5 a.m. Pacific Time or 8 a.m. Eastern Time. The device will launch on Friday, October 23. Pricing starts at $1,999.
